Happiness by far my friend, will always be more important than the dollars we carry in our pockets. To be content in ones self and knowing we are making a difference in the world, no matter how big or small will prove success. When I die, all the stuff won't matter, only the people that I loved and loved me back. I won't die a death with regrets and want to lead my daily life with that in mind. I know you are on a great path to that success in life. You get it, and many people never will.
